My Morning Smoothie

Easy and delicious, your kids will think it’s a treat ! 
What you’ll need:

2 cups frozen blueberries


2 medium bananas


1 cup almond milk


1 cup frozen spinach

Add protein as desired: hemp seeds, protein powder, etc.

Blend until smooth. Serves 3

Enjoy!
